As the years pass, remember that some screws may be loose which means be careful of loose wires. Working with electrical wires requires some knowledge of electricity and knowing if the wires are live. Another hazard is that heat can make insulation brittle through degradation. Once the installation around the wire is gone, it may electrocute you. Therefore when working with electrical equipment and parts, be aware of this.
